Case Study · Product Demonstration
Coastal Retreat Dubai. From room film to private viewing.
CZR Real transformed a short 16:9 room tour into a scroll-directed demonstration for a furnished and serviced one-bedroom rental in Business Bay, using only the supplied film and verified property facts.
01
The brief
The source was a short landscape film focused on one room and its canal outlook. The verified brief identified a one-bedroom apartment in Business Bay, offered for rent with confidential terms, 1,014 sq ft total area, 90 m² interior, Dubai Canal views, furnishing, housekeeping and concierge service.
Because the media did not show the full residence, the experience was framed honestly as a single-scene private-viewing demonstration rather than a complete property tour.
02
The spatial narrative
Four chapters were mapped to visible moments in the footage: arrival, canal outlook, serviced living and private invitation. The visitor controls forward and reverse travel while the interface holds briefly on each authored moment.
03
The interaction system
The document remains fixed while wheel, touch and keyboard input update a virtual narrative position. Video seeking is paced to avoid decoder backlogs, and the loading gate waits for a usable frame while reporting buffered progress.
Sound is optional and begins only after activation. Contextual information remains native text for readability, accessibility and search understanding.
04
What the demonstration proves
A realtor can present one listing through a memorable, controlled link without surrendering it to portal chrome. The same renderer can accept a new property identity, film, chapters, facts and enquiry destination.
No performance or sales outcome is claimed yet. The next evidence milestone is a live broker commission with approved analytics and conversion reporting.
