CZR Real moves from approved property media and verified facts to a responsive property website. Each stage has one purpose: preserve accuracy while building a distinctive introduction at the selected tier.

01 — Property brief
You supply the approved property media, facts, brand assets, confidentiality boundaries and the verified recipient for enquiries. We separate public facts, confidential facts and unavailable information before writing begins.

02 — Visual and spatial direction
Real Lite composes the supplied visuals, documents and specifications into one focused property story. Real Core and Real Prime also map the visual beats of the supplied film into a spatial narrative.

03 — Build and calibration
The experience is built for wheel, touch and keyboard control, then calibrated across desktop and mobile. Video pacing, loading, reverse travel, accessibility and overflow are tested before review.

04 — Approval and launch
You review the complete property website and verify every property claim and enquiry route. After approval, the experience is published for the service period included in the selected tier: six months for Real Lite and one year for Real Core or Real Prime.

Scope boundaries
Real Lite is AED 2,000 for a property website, immersive visuals, documents and specifications with six months of service. Real Core is AED 4,000 and adds a spatial video experience, custom domain and one year. Real Prime is AED 10,000 and adds multiple languages, private access and specific analytics. New filming, 3D scanning, CRM integrations and additional property editions are quoted separately.
